Xinxingfu Ads Internal Tool is a planned reporting and analysis application for our company’s authorized internal users and its own Amazon advertising accounts. It is not offered as a service to unrelated third-party advertisers. Visiting this public website does not authorize access to an Amazon advertising account.
2. Current integration status
The Amazon Ads integration is being prepared. As of the date above, this proposed integration has not been authorized to retrieve live Amazon Ads data and is not collecting live advertising reports.
The planned processing described below will begin only after the relevant API access and advertiser authorization are in place. This status statement concerns this proposed integration; it does not describe all of the company’s other business activities.
3. Information in the planned connection
Subject to the permissions granted by an authorized account user, the tool is intended to handle the information needed for internal advertising reporting, including:
- Advertising account and profile identifiers, marketplace information, and campaign or ad group settings.
- Keyword, targeting, and search term report information made available by Amazon Ads.
- Performance measures such as impressions, clicks, advertising spend, attributed sales, and conversions.
- Authorization tokens and related connection information needed to maintain the authorized API connection.
Account authorization takes place through Amazon. The planned tool does not ask users to give it their Amazon account password and is not designed to retrieve shoppers’ payment details or individual retail order records.
4. How information will be used
The intended purposes are scheduled report retrieval, report consolidation, performance calculations, and analysis of the company’s own advertising, including advertising cost of sales (ACoS) and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Information is intended to support internal advertising decisions. Any future function that changes bids, budgets, targeting, or negative keywords will require an advertising operator’s review and approval before execution. Retrieved Amazon Ads data will not be sold or licensed to unrelated advertisers.
5. Storage, access, providers, and retention
The storage environment, detailed retention schedule, access controls, and any external hosting, analysis, or AI processing arrangements for the proposed tool have not yet been finalized. These arrangements will be established and described in an updated notice before live advertising data is collected or supplied to those services.
Access is intended to be limited to authorized personnel and any service providers specifically approved and disclosed for the tool’s stated purposes. Retention will be limited to what is needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Procedures for deletion of stored copies and any backups will be set before live processing begins.
The current public website does not publish Amazon authorization tokens or advertising reports. No specific encryption system, automatic deletion period, or completed security certification is claimed by this notice.
6. Privacy, access, and deletion requests

The internal advertising tool administrator
Authorized internal users can contact the administrator directly through the company’s established day-to-day internal communication channels. This is the same person responsible for operating the tool and handling requests to stop access or delete reports.
To make a request, identify the affected advertising account, the reports or period involved, and whether you want to pause retrieval, withdraw access, obtain information about processing, or delete data held by the tool. Do not include passwords or authorization tokens in the request.
The administrator will handle the request, stop further retrieval when access is withdrawn, and arrange deletion of requested data held by the tool in accordance with applicable Amazon requirements. Any legally required retention will be explained to the requester.
Withdrawing authorization and deleting previously retrieved data are separate actions. Revoking access does not, by itself, erase report copies already stored by the tool. Request deletion through the administrator as well.
7. Website delivery and notice updates
The public company website currently presents product and company information. Its own pages contain no visitor registration, contact submission form, shopping checkout, or embedded advertising or analytics scripts. Its language and product-color controls do not require an account.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and traffic-routing information, to deliver and protect its services. This is separate from the proposed Amazon Ads connection. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.
Amazon operates the account sign-in and authorization service under its own policies. This notice will be updated when the tool’s actual processing arrangements are established or materially change. Authorized internal users will be informed through the company’s internal communication channels before materially different processing begins.
